“Tis the Season” holiday market was canceled last Saturday due to icy weather conditions. NSC filled over 100 stockings with a tree ornament and a ticket to be passed out to shoppers for the every 30-minute drawings to receive a prize.

What to do with 100 stockings? Well, with some Christmas spirit and creativity, those 100 stockings will be now be distributed to citizens of Norfolk taking rides using NFAT. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
